Hello faithful Leapfile blog followers, things have been a little quiet on the blog but that's only because we've been so hard at work, we haven't had time to share our updates! 

Let's start with a proper introduction, I am Norman, your Leapfile Account Manager. Some of you may recognize me as the man behind extension 1873, and others may have felt my presence after being fortuitously transferred to me when our support lines were busy. 

I've joined the Leapfile account management team since last October to help expand support and coverage to all of our subscribers. I am involved in all aspects of Leapfile from technical support to billing. So chances are if you have any questions about our service I will be your first point of contact.
